Tour a Sustainable Custom Home Design in Googong

We’re always looking forward to the weekend, but particularly this one because we get to see a much-anticipated design come to life with the amazing team at Green Homes South East NSW! If you’re in the Googong area, you’re invited to their Open Home Day on Saturday, 15 November, from 10 am – 2 pm.

Designing for Googong’s prescribed design specifications was a rewarding challenge. Every element — from rooflines and façade treatments to landscaping and setbacks — had to meet strict guidelines while still creating a home that felt open, inviting, and unique to the people living there. Balancing these requirements with sustainable principles and practical, everyday functionality is exactly the kind of work we thrive at tackling at PdD Building Design.

Our PdD Building Design team will be there on the day too, ready to chat about the design process and share how we collaborate with builders like Green Homes to bring ideas to life. It’s a great chance to step inside a home where sustainability and style really do meet and central to what we love creating for our clients..
