The new issue of Sanctuary Magazine is out now and we are featured!! Issue no 57 hit the shops in November and features Paul Dolphin’s own house, known as the Dromhus. The article focuses on the way the building has been designed, in terms of resilience and sustainability. A post occupancy evaluation of the building was done which included running a Nathers assessment. The house came in at 8.1 stars, making it incredibly efficient. The cost to build the house was less than the average cost to build a standard house and the article details all the benefits of having such a liveable and efficient house.
