We’re thrilled to share an exciting milestone for the team at PdD Building Design – we have officially achieved the highest membership level with the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA): Chartered Member.

This recognition reflects our long-standing dedication to excellence in building design and our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable projects for our clients.

Chartered status is the highest level of recognition offered by the BDAA. It acknowledges a combination of professional experience, proven expertise, and ongoing dedication to continuing professional development (CPD).

Specifically, Chartered status recognises:

Over 10 years of active BDAA membership.

Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in both residential and commercial building design.

Ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and ethical practices.

Being a Chartered Building Designer means that PdD Building Design is not only fully registered but also recognised as an industry leader in building design.

When you choose to work with a Chartered Building Designer, you are choosing a team that meets the highest benchmarks for skill, ethics, and compliance. It’s your assurance that your project — whether it’s a new build, renovation, or heritage restoration — is in capable and qualified hands from concept through to construction.

We are proud of this achievement and deeply grateful to our clients for trusting us with their vision. This recognition motivates us to continue creating innovative, functional, and sustainable designs that enhance both homes and communities across the NSW South Coast and beyond.
