PdD is advocating for changes to implement practices that will ensure better design and prioritise more sustainable outcomes in the Eurobodalla.
PdD spoke to the Bay Post about potential solutions which included revision on a regulatory level. The legislative framework is already in place, it just needs to be updated.
Paul suggested that an upgrade of Development Control Plans (DCP’s) by Council, in consultation with sustainable designers, developers and interested stakeholders would provide a framework that best responds to our needs.
